Sweet Take-Over (currently unavailable)
For lovers of all things sweet, and culinary connoisseurs alike, let us sweep you off your feet with our seven course dessert-only tasting menu.
Sebastian has created a series of dishes inspired by the seasons. Every dish relies on the natural sweetness of ingredients rather than vast amounts of sugar being added. A balancing act that inevitably blurs the line between sweet and savoury.
Past dishes include neeps/blood orange/cumin seed and yoghurt/Douglas fir/mushroom.
We can offer our Sweet Take-Over for private groups with the Menu being hosted in one of our partner restaurants in Edinburgh. This is subject to current guidelines and any restrictions which our partner restaurant may have in place.
