For lovers of all things sweet and culinary connoisseurs alike, let us sweep you of your feet with this seven course dessert-only tasting menu.


Sebastian has created a series of dishes inspired by the seasons. Every dish relies on the natural sweetness of ingredients rather than vast amounts of sugar being added. A balance act that inevitably blurs the line between sweet and savoury.


Past dishes include neeps/blood orange/cumin seed; yoghurt/Douglas fir/mushroom and hibiscus/beetroot/fermented pear


The Menu will be hosted in one of our partner restaurants in Edinburgh.
