With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, Sebastian's professional journey began in his grandad's bakery in Berlin, where quality and customer focus were values instilled at an early age.
An internationally recognised chocolatier, Sebastian holds the esteemed title of German Chocolate Master, a distinction achieved by only a select few.

Sebastian was a finalist of the World Chocolate Masters in Paris and his dedication to excellence has garnered numerous other industry awards, most recently "Scottish Patisserie Chef of the Year".
