We blend Scottish classics with global influences and a dash of Continental flair to bring you a symphony of flavours in every bite.


From our mouthwatering filled chocolates to indulgent truffles and exquisite chocolate bars, each creation is a celebration of the finest ingredients.

With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, Sebastian's professional journey began in his grandad's bakery in Berlin, where quality and customer focus were values instilled at an early age.


An internationally recognized chocolatier, Sebastian holds the esteemed title of German Chocolate Master,

a distinction achieved by only a select few.
