We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Below we explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
WHAT DOES THIS POLICY COVER?
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
When you create an account with us or order from us we will ask you to provide us with your contact information (email, phone number) and your billing and shipping address to enable us to process your order. These information are stored on a secure server and will not be shared with third parties.
We will also collect your email address, if you 'opt in' to receiving news and exclusive offers from us. If selected we will store your email address on our email marketing campaign software and it will be used for marketing purposes only. We will never share this information with third parties.
WHAT DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT?
We do not store any credit or debit card information from you.
When you enter your credit card details onto our secure website, we encrypt your card details and send it to our service payment providers.
Our service payment providers are PayPal and Worldpay who will also collect certain information from you. Please note that their privacy policies apply to their use of that information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
The information you provide us with when opening an account with us is stored on a secure server. It will enable you to "log in" to your account to easily place orders without having to enter your contact details again.
We will use information you provide us with to deal with your enquiry/order and for no other purpose. This may include notifications regarding the status of your order.
If you'd like to stay up-to-date and receive emails on new products or services you are required to register to receiving marketing emails.
HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE STORED?
If you make a purchase from us we must keep a record of the sales transaction for a minimum of 6 years under UK tax law.
In regard to marketing emails you can choose to "opt out" at any time effective immediately.
You have the right to ask us to delete your information or stop processing it. However, we may not be able to do so immediately if the data is required for us to fulfil an obligation to you – like completing an online order or if we are legally required to keep it.
You have the right to ask us to correct your data, though most of it you will be able to correct yourself through the "My Account" section of Our Site.
