One of our most recent, and more experimental creations is June's  'Flavour of the Month'


Chia seeds are plant seeds and a known Super food.

We toast the seeds at a low temperature and then grind them together with caramel and cocoa butter to  a smooth paste. 

After 10 hours the result is a very unique nutty paste with grassy undertones.


We add crispy wafers for texture, fill the chia seed paste into dark chocolate shells and top them with beautifully creamy pistachio ganache.
