Our signature chocolates eversince Sebastian created them for The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. They've become a firm favourite not only with the diners at The Balmoral but also with our customers.
A perfect balance of flavours and textures, the interiour reveals layers of buttery salted caramel, silky dark chocolate ganache and a thin biscuit crunch.
