As a small independent company, with Sebastian at our helm, quality drives everything we do. Through years working in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and Michelin starred restaurants, Sebastian brings a refreshing attitude to blending worldwide exotic ingredients with more locally sourced Scottish produce, with many of our flavour combinations influenced by the changing seasons.
All of our creations are made from scratch with the finest of ingredients using artisanal techniques, and with most of our packaging made from recycled paper and biodegradable plastic, we are continually striving to improve our sustainability.
The drive for quality and perfection was instilled at an early age helping his Grandfather in the family bakery during school holidays. In time, Sebastian gained the accolade of German Chocolate Master, a title held by only a small number of individuals, progressing to become a finalist in the World Chocolate Masters.
Our philosophy has been recognised by the Scottish Food Awards with us winning ‘Patisserie of the Year’, and Sebastian personally winning ‘Chocolatier of the Year’.
